“Overland Park, KS – Former Olympian, Christie Ambrosi has announced the establishment of her new organization called National Coaches Clinics. The goal of the clinics is to provide coaches, players and parents with a unique way to learn how to develop championship skills while instilling love and passion for the game in athletes. Christie has put together an outstanding group of proven winners to speak at clinics across the nation. At National Coaches Clinics one will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge of the game by learning from former players that include Jenny Finch, Leah O’brien Amico, Lauren Lappin, Julie Adams, and Christi Ambrosi as well as hear 11 time NCAA championship coach Sue Enquist speak on how to motivate players.
National Coaches clinics offer a new, more innovative and interactive style of clinics that will provide the participants with the traditional large group format as well as unique small group sessions. Christie’s small groups are called “Break Out” sessions where the attendees actually get to customize their clinic experience by choosing which area of the game they want to focus on. The participants will have a plethora of topics available to them including a chance to listen to Chicago Cubs sports psychologist, Mike Strickland and to learn the importance of health and wellness from former Miss Kansas, Linda Loveless. The first clinic will start Friday November 4th in Dallas Texas. In addition to the clinic, participants in Dallas will have the option of attending a Saturday night social that will include a DJ, food and drinks. The informal party will give participants a chance to socialize with the speakers. In addition, on Sunday participants will be given the opportunity to have their hitting and pitching analyzed through the world renowned computer program Right View Pro with Christie and Greg Loveless who specializes in SAPP (Self Adjusting Pitching Process) and has instructed 11 pitchers who have thrown perfect games.
Christie Ambrosi and National Coaches Clinics are dedicated to empowering coaches and players and it is their mission to reach softball lovers with the same passion. Following the Dallas clinic National Coaches Clinics will also be traveling to Phoenix, Tulsa, Omaha, St. Louis, and Anaheim.
